UTP Tris Solution GMP-grade (100 mM)-500 mL
UTP (Uridine-5'-triphosphate) can be used in a variety of molecular biology applications, such as in vitro transcription, RNA amplification, siRNA synthesis, etc. In addition, UTP is also involved in lactose metabolism. The activated form of UDP-galactose can be converted to UDP-glucose, which then participates in the glycogen synthesis pathway. This product is a clear, colorless aqueous solution prepared from UTP trisodium salt and is free of DNase and RNase contamination. This product is produced in accordance with GMP specifications and is provided in liquid form.
